Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items, as VOLTRA FIT cannot be responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Damaged, Defective, Or Incorrect Items
