Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

VOLTRA FIT is not responsible for delayed, lost, or undeliverable shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Please include your order number and photographs of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
